1. About Evara

Evara provides personalised digital memorial materials, including funeral order of service booklets, funeral programmes, memorial pages, thank-you cards, and related printable PDF products.

All products are supplied digitally unless otherwise stated.

2. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You have permission to share any photographs, content, or materials submitted.

  • You are authorised to request the creation of the memorial materials.

Evara is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from information supplied by the customer.

3. Personalised Products

All Evara products are created using the information and content provided by the customer.

As our products are personalised, completed orders cannot usually be returned or refunded once delivered, except where required by law or where an error has been introduced by Evara.

Please review all submitted information carefully before completing your order.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver memorial packs within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or where additional information is required.

Files are delivered digitally via a secure download link or other agreed method.

5. Amendments

If you need to make changes after submitting your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate amendments before delivery.

Customers who purchase Evara Personal receive one round of amendments as part of their service.

Additional amendments may incur a fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, layouts, branding, graphics, and content created by Evara remain the intellectual property of Evara.

Customers receive a licence to use the delivered materials for personal memorial and funeral purposes.

You may not:

  • Resell Evara products

  • Redistribute templates

  • Copy or reproduce Evara designs for commercial use

  • Claim Evara designs as your own

7. Customer Content

You retain ownership of any content, text, photographs, and materials you provide.

By submitting content to Evara, you grant us permission to use that content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your memorial materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in preparing all materials, Evara shall not be liable for:

  • Errors resulting from information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by third-party services

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of information necessary to provide your order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
