  • Evara Personal is an optional support service for families who would like a little extra help.

    Alongside your memorial pack, we'll personally review your submission, help refine wording where needed, make updates on your behalf, and prioritise your order.

    It's designed for those who are short on time, unsure what to write, or would simply prefer a helping hand during a difficult time.

    Evara Personal includes:

    • Faster delivery

  • Most people can complete the form in around 10 minutes. You’ll then receive your completed pack shortly after.

  • Yes. If you need to take a break, simply click Save and Continue Later at the bottom of the form before leaving.

    You'll receive a secure link (or be asked to enter your email to receive one) that lets you return to your form whenever you're ready. Just open the link, and all of your saved answers will be there so you can continue where you left off.

    If you can't find your saved link, please check your junk or spam folder, or contact us and we'll be happy to help.

  • No. Evara is designed to feel simple and calm — you only need to add the details, and we prepare everything for you.

  • Yes. Evara can be used for religious or non-religious funerals and memorial services.

  • Yes. You can include any hymns, prayers, poems, readings or written tributes you’d like.

  • Yes. Every design is available in the colour options shown on the product page. Simply choose your preferred colour before placing your order.

    If you're looking for something different, we also offer a bespoke design service. Get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss your ideas.

  • At the moment, Evara provides professionally designed, print-ready PDF files. This allows you to print as many copies as you need with your preferred local or online printer.

    We're working on offering printed stationery in the future.

  • Yes. You can list music throughout the service (entrance, reflection, closing, etc.).

  • You can upload one main photo plus additional photos for the memorial pages (up to the limit shown on the form).

  • That’s okay. You can submit the form without photos and send them later to hello@getevara.life, or select a simple text-only design.

  • Yes. You can print at home if you have a printer, or send the PDF to a local print shop.

  • Yes. Your files are prepared as print-ready PDFs, suitable for home printing or professional printing.

  • Your order of service is supplied in a print-friendly format (such as A5 booklet or A4), ready for common printers and print shops.

  • Yes. If anything needs updating, you can send us an email to hello@getevara.life and we’ll help you make changes.

  • Yes. You can forward the PDF files to your funeral director, church, or venue for printing.

  • You’ll receive a download link with the full pack. Files may be provided as one combined PDF or separated into individual documents.

  • Yes. You can share the download link with family members so everyone has access.

  • Yes. We handle all information with care and discretion. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

  • You’ll receive an email with a secure download link once your memorial pack is ready.

  • Yes. If you would like personal support, Evara can create everything for you. Visit Evara Personal to learn more.

  • If you need your files quickly, reply to your confirmation email and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Pricing is shown clearly on the website before you begin. If you need a custom design, this will be quoted separately.

  • Yes. If you would like something fully personalised, you can request a custom version through Evara Personal.

  • Yes - we can support you if you’re unsure what to include. Please select Evara Personal if you’d like us to complete this for you.
