At Evara, we understand that arranging a funeral or memorial can be a difficult time. We aim to provide a clear, compassionate, and fair service for every customer.
Digital Products
Evara provides personalised digital memorial materials, including funeral order of service booklets, funeral programmes, thank-you cards, memorial pages, and printable PDF files.
As our products are created specifically using the information and photographs provided by you, they are considered personalised digital goods.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order and request a full refund at any time before work has begun on your memorial pack.
If work has already started, we may be unable to offer a full refund. Any refund offered will be at Evara's discretion and will reflect the work already completed.
Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds cannot usually be provided once your completed files have been delivered.
However, if there has been an error in the information, layout, or content that was introduced by Evara, we will correct the issue and provide updated files at no additional cost.
Amendments
We encourage customers to review all information carefully before submitting their order.
If you need to make changes after submission, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@getevara.life.
Minor corrections may be accommodated where possible.
Customers who purchase Evara Personal receive one round of amendments as part of their service.
Faulty or Incorrect Files
If you receive files that:
Contain an error made by Evara
Are damaged or inaccessible
Do not match the information submitted
please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
Submitted information is accurate
Names, dates, and service details are correct
Uploaded photographs belong to them or they have permission to use them
Evara cannot be held responsible for errors contained within information provided by the customer.
